- Pre-Start Meeting with Your Contractor to ensure that he is fully up to speed with the project he is about to embark on
- Discussion and Negotiation with Services Authorities
- Resolution of any technical queries as they arrive from site
- Regular Technical and Progress Meetings on Site
- Reporting to the Client on Progress and Cost Monitoring issues
- Resolution of Final Briefing information ie Finishes Specifications
- Architectural Sign Off of various Cosnrtcution Stages (Staged sign off per NHBC stages)
- Provision of Financial Certificates for release of funds to the Contractor
- Final Hand Over Inspection
- Initiate and Manage the Defects Period (typically 1 year)
Prices are per visit to site or meeting. There will be a minimum amount of meetings depending on project complexity.
